Managing your BigCommerce products

Adding your products to Maven Messenger via our BigCommerce Sales Channel app is easy, but here is a quick overview just in case. You can add single, or multiple products using the same simple process.

Adding one or more products

Step 1: Select your product(s)

Check one or more products, then choose "Assign products to channels" via "Bulk Actions" menu

Step 2: Assign products to Maven Messenger

Select Maven Messenger and click "Assign"

If a product is only available to Maven Messenger, that is okay. It means it is now exclusive to the channel.

Step 3: Confirm

You will now see Maven Messenger listed as an assigned channel.
