Managing your Shopify products

Adding your products to Maven Messenger via our Shopify Sales Channel app is simple, but here is a quick overview just in case. We will quickly cover adding a single product as well as managing multiple products. Adding your entire catalog takes only seconds. We also have a video tutorial if you prefer.

Adding a single product

Step 1: Select your product

Select & Edit a product listing then click "Manage" to access sales channels and apps.

Step 2: Add to Maven Messenger

Tick the box for "Maven Messenger", and click the "Done" button.

If a product is only available to Maven Messenger, that is okay. It means it is now exclusive to the channel.

Step 3: Save your changes

Once you save your changes Maven Messenger will begin to update and your product will be available to Maven Messenger customers in a matter of minutes. That's it, you're done!

Adding multiple products

Step 1: Select your products

1, 2, 3 Easy!

(1) Select multiple products, then (2) from the “More actions” menu (3) select the “Add available channel(s)” option.

Step 2: Add to Maven Messenger

Tick the box for "Maven Messenger", and click  "Make products available".

This function behaves slightly different than when editing an individual product. Only choose the channels you want to add as an available channel. Once you confirm your choice, Shopify will add all the products to the selected channel, in this case Maven Messenger of course.
