Maven Messenger discontinued (as of 10/1/2022)

Maven Messenger will officially be shutting down on October 1, 2022.

What will happen to my Maven Messenger account? 

  • You will no longer be able to log in and customer conversations will be inaccessible. 
  • The app will be unlisted from the app store.
  • All account information will be wiped, so you can rest assured that any personal information is gone. 

What’s next for Maven? 

We decided to shift our focus away from being a conversational commerce platform, and created Maven WebChat for customer support.
