I tried to login, and was asked to register?

When re-logging into the Maven Business app, or if reinstalling / reconnecting a sales channel app , you you are asked to provide business profile information (logo, business name, website, etc.) it means you are using an email address other then what we already have on record.

What to do:

  • Do not move forward, stop entering information and go back to the starting point
  • Check your inbox for a welcome or verification email from Maven Messenger
  • Use the email address that received this email
  • Return to the app/sales channel and log in with the correct email
