Once you are signed-up, promoting your business, and have submitted your vendor forms you are ready to start getting paid incentives.
Every two(2) weeks you will send in to us a sales export of all Maven Messenger sales that occured. We then work out the final number, confirm with you for approval and submit to finance for processing.
How to request a payment:
- in your ecommerce platform filter a sales report by the date and channel "Maven Messenger"
- Email the report to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Confirm the final amount to be paid with the Success team
- In two weeks from the confirmation date the amount will be wired to your bank account
We ask you to submit a sales report because we don't access your business financial data. We will use our app activity data to make sure everything is accurate.
