My customer said the discount didn't work?

Customers claim their discount with your business by registering their mobile number through your special invite link.

It's possible the customer is unable to claim the offer, while rare it can happen here is what you can do when it does.

If auto-discount is not working:

  • Take care of the customer and maintain your relationships
  • Create a promo code in your Shopify store, and send to customer to use in app
  • Process a partial refund in the amount of the promotion

While rare, keep a log of these instances and report to your success contact so we can review and honor.
