Can more than one person use Maven Business at once?

While we are well aware businesses often have multiple employees that manage customer service, our app is configured to only allow a single primary user.

If a shared email address is used ie. multiple people can install and use the app on their phone, but only one active login will be allowed at a time.

We will be developing a broader solution in 2022. If your organization needs a better solution you can inquire about our desktop tools.
