What is the Product Page Feature?

Below the product description, you will see a clickable text field that says Questions? Chat with us.

When a customer clicks on this field, the chat window will open up and ask the customer to confirm they want to speak to a representative and asks for their question before escalating to a live agent.

The conversation is handed off to a live agent to handle and resolve.

What Does the Automation Do?

Chat window opens & prompts customer to confirm whether they'd like to speak with an agent about the product.
The bot then asks the customer for their question to pass along to the live agent.
Now the customer will be handed off to a live agent.
